Junkyard Drive premieres the official lyric video for the “Mama”, emotional rock song about love/tragic loss of the loved ones!

Junkyard Drive premieres the official lyric video and lyric video “Mama”, via Mighty Music Records.

This song is a true powerful anthem for all of the people that lost their mother’s – wrapped in some excellent riffs and rock sounds that will make listeners emotional, but also intrigued by the whole structure in the song – making this song both tragic and beautiful at the same time.  The story of the song is tragic, about a young man dealing with his sorrow and anger, after the loss of his mother.

Even through the emotional role-coaster of this song, this song present’s life in it’s true form, sometimes moving on is the best option – but is it, do we all need to forget that one special person like mom, that is not here or someone else – that is the true question, what then? Do we really move on? All of this questions are perfectly presented with some fast and melodic riffs in the song, guys did the best job not turning this song in ballad, but into a powerful rock song about grief, creating a unique atmosphere in the song that will not left anyone indifferent in the that classical rock manner and it’s domination.

Experience sadness through the rock song about grief, mom will be always there by your side, even if she is not around anymore.

Lead singer Kris Johansen states this about the song:

“Everyone knows the feeling of losing a family member or a close friend, and it is so difficult to just hold on and live your life, when the feeling of emptiness is taking over.”

Since Junkyard Drive came home from their EU-tour with Eclipse, they have been dying to write some new material. The Danish rockers are well known for their good time rock n’ roll, but this time, things have become more serious, dark and melancholic.

Kris – Lead Vocal
Ben – Right Wing Axe & Backup Vocal
Claus – Drums & Cowbell
